We are hiring for part time.

Arizona Dynamics is a Gymnastics facility offering programs for both recreational and competitive level children. In addition to our classes we host birthday parties and night out events on the weekends. If you enjoy working with kids and are passionate about providing a positive experience - we want to meet you. We provide the training for you to be successful and a part of overall program.

This position is part-time on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday parties are scheduled 5:00pm - 7:30pm with 30 minutes set up and tear down. Sunday parties run from 10:00 am - 7:30 pm with 30 minutes for set up and tear down. Not all time slots are filled and there can be some weekends with little or no schedule parties. Event Night Outs happen occasionally throughout the year on Saturday nights from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. These are themed events that may require more time to set up and tear down. We pay $17/hr and Birthdays can earn tips. A Highschool diploma or Equivelent is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and safe environment for the children and parents attending the parties.
• Follow pre-planned activites, but be able to adjust to parents requests
• Be comfortable helping serve pizza, cake, etc.
• Ensure proper waiver documents are filled out
• Be able to set up and clean up after the party

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Nights as needed
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
