Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Initiative, self-motivated, organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications

Duties:

• Responsible for following up on insurance claims, including denials, resubmission and request for additional information.
• Status inquiry of unpaid/underpaid claims
• Appeal submission
• Research and resolve patient inquires
• Data entry
• Payment posting
• Other related tasks as assigned
