Campus Behavior Response Team
Under the supervision and direction of the onsite Campus Director of ABA Practices; the Campus Behavior Response Team will support classroom staff to utilize ABA with strategies as students access the adopted curriculum and work towards IEP goals. The Campus Behavior Response Team will provide behavior response support for escalated behaviors; ensuring classroom staff can continue with the delivery of instruction to students in the classroom.
Candidates must be experienced with the classroom environment and willing to work under guidance from the ABA Manager to provide support with Behavior Intervention plans and students needing additional support from the classroom. The Campus Behavior Response Team will be required to implement a best-practice education model to achieve optimal results for students on the autism spectrum and related disorders; and support data collection when not responding to classroom behavior escalations.

Working Conditions:
Work is routinely performed in an indoor and outdoor classroom setting.
