AristaCare at Manchester is looking for a Subacute Nurse Manager RN or LPN (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff to ensure all duties are in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift and resolve any issues.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and family members.
• Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Complete accident/incident reports, as necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in New Jersey
• RN license preferred
• Must have management experience in a long-term care facility or other health-related facility
• Experience working in a subacute unit as an RN is preferred
