Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineering Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities
• Ensure production goals are met within deadlines
• Implement and maintain quality control standards
• Train and mentor production staff
• Develop training programs and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams for product development
• Maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
• Familiarity with cutting, bending, machining, welding, painting, and assembly (or willingness to learn)
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
