ARISE Community Solutions is Hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Near Glendale, AZ

Description:

As a professional clinician, your role involves understanding and implementing individual treatment plans in collaboration with patients. This includes identifying mental health issues and either treating them or referring patients to other professionals. Additionally, you should be able to work with patients' families when necessary. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism. Clinicians must identify mental health issues and recommend the most suitable course of action for each patient. Compassion, along with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, is essential. Clinicians collaborate closely with Case Managers, Social Workers, Parents, and team members, consulting and coordinating on patients’ progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
  • License registered with the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE)
  • ? A valid Dept. of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card.
  • ? A valid CPR/First Aid In-Person Training
  • ? A valid AZ Driver’s License
  • ? A current TB test result (within the year)
  • ? Must provide a copy of a high school diploma or GED
  • ? Background in health care, social work, mental health, disability care, or substance use recovery
  • At least 21 years of age
