Our broker agents work entirely on commission, but it’s an aggressive commission that has the potential to earn you $80,000 to $140,000 per year, or more. The sky’s the limit with commission-based pay!

Our CEO, Ryan Barnes, developed his Freight Broker Bootcamp, through which people can come in with extensive logistics experience, or just sales experience, and within a few months get into that $80,000 to $140,000 income range.

We train all of our broker agents, and there are never any fees for training or use of software. We will help you build your book of business and land clients.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with potential clients, through calls, drop ins, and video messages.
• Collaborate with shippers and carriers to understand their transportation needs.
• Negotiate and secure competitive rates for freight services.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
• Utilize transportation management systems and technology tools for efficient logistics operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and related technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

This is a FULL Commission job opportunity, with no base salary.
