Description
A Warehouse Clerk directly handles scanning and receiving freight and pick orders for out bound shipments related to our Logistics Warehouse.
Specific Job Duties:
- Unload and receive freight
- Scan freight into inventory
- Load order to designated trucks
- Inspect freight for any damages/missing pieces before signing
- Inventory per customer request
- Pick orders for designated clients
- Acknowledge customers list of freight for the daily receives
- Keep the warehouse in a clean and orderly fashion
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Lead or Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills
- Balance individual responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
