Branch Service Technician

Job Summary:

The Service Technician is responsible for helping maintain ARIES fleet of assets, modular buildings. Primary role is to increase asset readiness and ensure ARIES quality and safety standards are adhered to.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform complete and accurate inbound and outbound inspection reports on all company assets, modular buildings, assigned to branch.
• Perform asset make-ready and repairs in accordance with company policy.
• Work with internal and external customers on service requests and make necessary repairs and or corrections to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Complete work at ARIES facility and onsite at client locations.
• Document data on repairs, modifications and service calls.
• Maintain a safety-first work environment at all times.
• Take photos as necessary in accordance with company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure all Company policies are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform general carpentry and building maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work in all climates.
• Ability to operate hand tools.
• Ability to lift 125 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modular building industry helpful.
• Knowledge of Construction required.
• Requires oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers and coworkers.
• Requires organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• Requires problem solving skills to solve varied problems.
• Ability to prioritize task and self-manage.
• Consistently provide excellence in customer service.

Job Qualifications:

• Five plus years’ experience in construction.
• Stable work history.
• Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
