- Design and implement secure and efficient information management systems.
- Conduct technical research and development to drive innovation within the infrastructure.
- Lead product development efforts, including oversight of subordinate developers on web-based and data-intensive systems.
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment.
- Utilize automated deployment and testing frameworks to ensure high reliability and security standards.
- Work with commercial cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) to implement containerized, server-less, and micro-services architectures.
- Design and manage RESTful API integrations.
- Must hold Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Must be Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certified
- 10 years’ experience designing and implementing information management systems.
- 3 years within the past 5 years of experience in technical research and development that enables continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
- 3 years within the past 5 years of demonstrated experience in product development, to include direct control and responsibility over subordinate developers working the development of a web-based, as well as data intensive system.
- 3 years within the past 5 years of experience with provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevOps and/or continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and testing frameworks.
- 3 years within the past 5 years of experience with commercial cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure), containers, server-less architecture, micro-services, web services, and RESTful API design
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics or 15 years’ experience in designing and implementing information management systems may substitute for academic degree.
