The candidate needs to have interior architectural and design background and a balance of autonomy and team involvement. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating unique, high-end one of a kind designs. Great communication skills, dynamic, strong in AUTO-CAD and Sketchup.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for independently develop the project design using the 3D modeling program Sketch-Up and translating this design in an Auto-Cad set of construction drawings; (interior plans, elevations, interior details, schedules, sections, RCPs, lighting plans etc.)
• Able to collaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators
• Excellent in time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• The candidate needs to be fluent in English and permanently living in USA legally able to work in the country
• At least 5 years of related professional experience.
• Organized, detail oriented, team player.
• Strong conceptual and design skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent Auto-CAD and Sketch-up skills.
• Experience and interest in modern style and detailing.
• Good knowledge of building materials, specifications, and construction techniques for residential.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Architect License, preferred but not required

Compensation/Benefit Package includes:

• Full-time/ 36 hours a week, hourly pay

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
