Job Description:
As a Part-time Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our boutique. We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals with a keen interest in women's fashion to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping display areas tidy.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and product offerings to better assist customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in store events and promotions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
