ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

• OnCallWork is a MUST when required
• Participates in managing the Installation P / L for aspecific geography.
• Oversees and ensuresproject level profitability.
• Coordinates andplans Installation projects Oversees procurement of materialspermits supplies; Orchestrates schedule; Forecasts manpowerrequirements.
• Reports on jobstatus / performance.
• Ensures customerexpectations are met.
• Effectively resolvesissues and problems
• Develops and maintainsproductive relationships with customers GCs andsubcontractor.
• Interviews selects hires andoversees onboarding of Foremen and Installation crews.
• Manages performance and provides training coaching andperformance feedback to Apprentices Journeyman andForeman
• Uses metrics to drive accountabilityand performance.
• Ensures compliance ofInstallation policies and procedures including project trackingsafety time and attendance etc.
• Ensures use ofPPE and the application of safe behavior including driving by allemployees.
• May oversee 3rd partyresources.
