  • We're seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team. *
  • Duties : *
  • Process and manage all aspects of credentialing for healthcare providers within a managed care organization.
  • Collect, review, and verify provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, education, and work history.
  • Conduct primary source verification of credentials through various databases and organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files and databases, such as CAQH.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external entities to obtain necessary documentation and information.
  • Respond to inquiries from providers regarding their credentialing status.
  • Requirements : *
  • Experience in credentialing within a managed care setting.
  • Ideally 2 years experience of credentialing standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience provider enrollment with PPO, HMO, and Government Payers.
  • Experience in provider enrollment follow-ups.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
