The Shoreside Operations team is hiring Reservationists! This position is great for someone who loves chatting with new people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Primary day-to-day duties are selling our picturesque tours to guests and providing exceptional hospitality in person and over the phone to our cruise and gift shop patrons.

We are hiring crew members for the spring and summer with orientation classes scheduled biweekly beginning in early April and continuing into July. If you're a student, we'd be happy to have you apply now and start later!

Responsibilities

• Actively create sales opportunities by engaging with guests and presenting tour options and upgrades
• Provide warm and engaging greetings to all who enter our reservations center
• Conduct gift shop transactions
• Coordinate with Harbor Team to ensure the timely queuing and boarding of guests
• Help guests requiring assistance to ensure they safely navigate the pier, floating docks, and ramps in accordance with ADA standards
• Perform light janitorial duties
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
