ARGON ST is Hiring a Quality Control Inspector Near Jacksonville, FL
The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for Quality Control Inspectors to join the team in Jacksonville, FL.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Position Responsibilities
- This inspector implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations
- Inspects all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions
- Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner
- Specifies areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplished
- Communicates deficiencies to proper persons
- Maintains Quality Control files
- Document results of all inspections.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of Quality Aerospace Inspection experience.
- 3 years of experience performing product or process inspections.
- 3 years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift
- Experience working with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections.
- Experience with Mod related electrical installation.
- P-8 Flight line experience/Operation Check
- Experience with Boeing P-8 aircraft and/or Military aircraft.
Relocation:This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
