About the Opportunity 

The Accounts Receivable Credit Representative is responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including processing and reconciliations of customer accounts and payments.

In this role, the successful candidate will: 

• Analyze and collect receivable balances with varying degrees of complexity.
• Work closely with sales personnel to optimize sales and revenues.
• Identify, validate, and resolve customer balances and deductions for timely resolution. 
• Obtain payment/resolution on accounts to maximize cash flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation for financial audits.
• Assist with posting of customer portfolio payments.
• Releases orders based on established credit criteria.
• Maintains sales tax certificates for compliance with individual states.
• Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to be successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable.
• High-level understanding and experience in the area of credit and collections.
• Proficient with Excel, specifically formulas and pivot tables.
• High level attention to detail.
• Efficient decision making skills.
• Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn technical concepts by reading work instructions and standard operating procedures, and completing on-the-job training.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Sales Force preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.
