ARETUM is Hiring a Senior Project Manager Near Washington, DC

Aretum, a highly regarded company in the government contracting industry, is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager at Aretum, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex projects for their government clients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

They specialize in offering technology-enabled mission support services, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Their mission is to provide technology-driven solutions that address the unique needs of their government clients, helping them achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management and execution, including facilitating coordination across EAD and with the project support team.
  • Collaborate with Division personnel to define, track, and monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead updating and maintenance of EAD’s centralized task tracking system, MS Teams Planner, ensuring real-time visibility into task statuses and progress.
  • Lead development and execution of a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the Division's needs
  • Lead development of a Division-wide Annual Operational Plan that addresses the Division's unique role and function within the Agency and outlines primary services for the calendar year.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
