As a Program Analyst Task Lead at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating program analysis activities to support the successful execution of projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in leading small teams in a matrixed organization
• Manage technical work in the following functional support services:
• General project management support

• Program financial and budget management support

• Risk Management
• Business Requirements Management
• Administrative assistance
• Correspondence, communication, and reporting
• Able and willing to research issues and/or client needs and collaborate with the program manager and team to develop plans to accomplish tasks
• Able and willing to conduct meetings and take meeting minutes as well as providing hands-on support such SOP development and policy writing
• Review the team’s work to ensure quality and/or perform QC
• Perform tracking of tasks and coordination with the team
• Problem Solving, Managing Processes and Analytical abilities to research data
• Must be willing to come onsite one day per week or as per client requests.
