Our exciting opportunity is for someone who brings a high level of energy and excitement to our growing dental practice as a Patient Care Ambassador/Dental Receptionist!

What you'll be doing:

  • All things reception- greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, insurance verifications, etc.
  • Presenting investment options to patients
  • Removing barriers to patient care - finding ways to say "YES!"

As a growing team player you will:

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient scheduling, follow ups and great communication with our patients
  • Be accountable for your role to ensure deadlines are met, goals are met or exceed daily, weekly and monthly
  • Participate in weekly meetings and share suggestions and ideas for improvement
  • Find solutions to challenges and take ownership of mistakes
  • Be someone dependable and reliable (show up on time, stay when the patients need you, have reliable transportation)
  • Be a culture champion and show support of the company both verbally and in your actions
  • Present treatment to patients and break down financial arrangements to get patients started in their treatment
  • Provide patients with a red carpet experience worthy of a 5 star google review - (answer phones with a smile, be positive, empathetic and convey that to patients)

This is a full time position which will include Monday to Friday and some Saturday availability.
