Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our team. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the store shelves are stocked and organized.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper product placement

- Assist customers with our menu

- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a cashier or retail position preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Knowledge of electronic sales is a plus

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Experience in technology sales is a bonus
