A sales and rental company is seeking an Administrator to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime available.
- Purchase new or additional stock, receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using a computer
- Verify inventory by comparing to physical count, investigate discrepancies, or adjust errors
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage area
- Prepare and maintain records, reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued
- Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies based on work orders, purchase orders, or requisitions
- Perform other duties as needed
- Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office; NexGen Maintenance Software is a plus
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
