A management company is seeking a Leasing Assistant to answer phones, take messages, handle maintenance tickets, schedule and conduct apartment showings, assist with processing paperwork and tenant files, and perform other related duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Previous leasing office experience
- Must have a strong customer service background
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a professional appearance
- Must have excellent communication skills.
