Area 41 Pizza Co. is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, inventory and P&L management, and guest experience.
• Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of employees.
• Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, payroll, and P&L reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience in the food industry is essential
• Proficiency in cash handling and financial management
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, hospitality, and culinary practices is preferred.
• Previous experience in a General Manager role within a restaurant or similar setting is required.
• Ability to conduct interviews and make great hiring decisions.
