Sales Professional, Tile and Stone Installation Systems - Kansas/Missouri

We are immediately hiring for a highly motivated, experienced SALES PROFESSIONAL, as part of our Kansas/Missouri team with a preferred home-office base of Kansas City or St. Louis.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering new sales business opportunities with commercial contractors, installers, architects and distributor partners, within the Tile and Stone Installation industry.

Approx. 50% travel with occasional overnight.

Key responsibilities

• Drive, develop, promote and grow sales of ARDEX Tile and Stone Installation products and systems throughout territory
• Develop and maintain solid working relationships with tile distributors, contractors, specifiers and other key business influencers
• Retain current accounts and prospect new business development
• Successfully launch and promote new products via hands on product demonstrations, presentations & professional product displays
• Collaborate with Corporate resources such Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics etc., to deliver exceptional standards of service to ARDEX customers
• Drive lead generation through jobsite visits, lead generation services, cold calls etc.
• Develop and successfully execute field sales action plans
• Achieve and exceed targets, goals, and objectives, as established with Sales Manager
• Represent ARDEX as an industry leader through exceptional professional standards, and a 'customer first' approach
