Job Description:

ARDEX Americas (www.ArdexAmericas.com), is a Global industry leader in the manufacturing and development of high-performance specialty building materials.

We are hiring for a SALES PROFESSIONAL, TILE AND STONE INSTALLATION SYSTEMS, to cultivate solid working relationships and new business opportunities with partner distributors, commercial tiling contractors, tiling installers, specifiers, and other key business influencers, through job site visits, cold calls, distributor training, professional presentations, and exemplifying the ARDEX solution driven, "customer first" approach. 

This is a field sales position as part of our HOUSTON, TEXAS sales team, with a concentration and preferred home base location of HOUSTON or NEW ORLEANS. Daily travel required throughout the territory with some overnight.

Experience within the tile and stone installation industry is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully launch and promote new products via hands on product demonstrations, presentations & professional product displays
• Drive lead generation through jobsite visits, lead generation services, cold calls etc.
• Develop and successfully execute field sales action plans
• Achieve and exceed targets, goals, and objectives, as established with Sales Manager
• Collaborate with Corporate resources such Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics etc., to deliver exceptional standards of service to ARDEX customers
• Represent ARDEX as an industry leader through exceptional professional standards, and a 'customer first' approach.
