We are seeking a Machined Parts Lead Inspector. Ideal candidates will have expertise in training and a keen eye for process improvement. • DIRECT HIRE
• Salary ranges from $70,000-95,000
• Flexible hours from 7am or 8am to 4pm or 6pm
• Great work environment

Key Responsibilities for a Quality Lead:

• Lead and manage a team of six individuals in the inspection of machine components.
• Actively participate in hands-on inspection tasks, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Train team members and provide guidance on inspection techniques.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective changes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall quality control processes.

Requirements for a Quality Lead:

• Proven experience in machining and inspection of parts.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience conducting first article inspections.
• Proficiency in CNC operations.
• Familiarity with CMM equipment preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
