Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing practices and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning among nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing nursing staff to reach their full potential.
