The agency provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms.

We are looking for nurse in Hemet, Apple Valley, San Jacinto and other areas!

Currently, we have openings for:

- Field LVNs (patient visits, reporting to Case Manager, wound care);

Eligibility criteria:

• Current licensure in State, CPR certification, Valid driver's license, Car Insurance, Physical exam, Vaccination record
• At least 1 year of Home Health care experience (Preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Kinnser software user experience preferred

Compensation

Salary is negotiable, depending on the candidate's experience and benchmarking data.
