```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various tenants.- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

```Requirements```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with manager.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is a plus.
English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train junior staff.
