Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise contractors and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
