Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching service technicians to various locations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to analyze information will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our service department.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming service requests and prioritize them based on urgency
- Analyze service requests and assign appropriate technicians based on their skillset and availability
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide them with necessary information
- Utilize software to track service orders and update status accordingly
- Communicate with technicians in the field to provide them with job details, directions, and any additional information
- Monitor transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management to track the movement of service vehicles
- Ensure timely completion of service calls by monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, technician assignments, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional phone etiquette

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess service requests and assign appropriate resources
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
