What you’ll do:

• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
• Parts ordering/Receiving
• Oil sample analysis data entry
• Maintain parts inventory
• Clerical work/Computer Entry
• Assist mechanics with contractors on site
• Work with Plant clerk to ensure all packing slips and invoices are received
• Parts runner
• Work closely with the Mine Forman on new parts needs
• Dossier data entry/ Maintenance records
• Net Suite Data entry/ Invoice approvals

What you’ll need:

• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds
• The ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, NetSuite
• 2-4 years’ experience preferred
