Job Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Success Specialist, where your primary focus will be to proactively engage with our valued customers. Your mission is to ensure their satisfaction, drive product adoption, and minimize churn risk. By understanding customer needs and industry dynamics, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of engagement and promoting customer loyalty.

Responsibilities: In this dynamic role, 90% of your daily tasks will involve:

  • Proactive Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers, fostering engagement and satisfaction.
  • Focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and minimizing churn risk.
  • Churn Prevention:
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to identify indicators of churn before they materialize.
  • Identify and re-engage customers with decreased system utilization to prevent churn.
  • Opportunity Identification:
  • Identify organic opportunities for adoption and expansion.
  • Facilitate warm hand-offs to the Account Management team to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  • Product and Industry Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, business specifics, and our product fit.
  • Stay informed about industry trends related to Arcoro's software solutions.
  • Arcoro Product Mastery:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Arcoro suite, including strengths, weaknesses, and workarounds for an optimal customer experience.
  • Goal Achievement:
  • Meet goals for logo and revenue retention metrics, qualified or closed lead passes, and other relevant KPIs.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years on a customer-facing operations service team within a SaaS or HCM software company.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Skill in leveraging internal partnerships to drive favorable outcomes for customers and partners.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and adoption.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate indicators of churn risk.
  • Capability to foster collaborative partnerships across company organizations.
