Champions Retreat Golf Club is seeking motivated and energetic candidates for Dining Room Supervisor positions. The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of an exceptional Member & Guest experience, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and service in the dining room.

Specific Job Responsibilities :

• Train, supervise and evaluate service staff.
• Take reservations and plan room set-up.
• Greet and seat members and guests.
• Carefully supervise to help assure proper service; and take orders when necessary.
• Receive and promptly resolve member and guest concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between the dining room and kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all side work is accomplished, and all cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed according to schedule.
• Ensure the correct appearance, cleanliness, and proper set-up of dining room; check the maintenance of all equipment in the dining room and report defects.
• Keep inventory of dining room items including silverware, coffee pots, water pitchers, salt and pepper holders, sugar bowls and banquet linens.

Job / Skill Requirements :

• Fine dining management experience.
• Wine, liquor, and beer knowledge.
• Experience with a POS system.
• Ability to provide effective written and verbal instructions as well as the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions without close, daily direction.
• Open availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and be flexible with changes as requested.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and communicate effectively with guests, service staff, management, and co-workers.
• Motivated to grow and learn.
• Ability to work in an environment that includes activities such as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.

Be able to lift 25-30 pounds frequently, and push, pull, lift, or carry 50 pounds occasionally.
