We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day banking relationships, optimizing cash flow, forecasting, reporting, and providing escheatment support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of treasury functions.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cash Management:
  • Monitor daily cash balances and optimize liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Execute cash movements, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers.
  • Forecast short-term and long-term cash flows to identify potential funding gaps or excess liquidity.
  • Maintain the company's daily cash position reports.
  • Provide financial models and scenarios to support decision-making related to investment, and financing strategies.
• Bank Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions and banking partners.
  • Assist as needed in managing letters of credit and surety bond needs
  • Manage the process of opening bank accounts and lockboxes for new markets
  • Manage banking portal administration /access
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly as they relate to the escheatment process.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports related to treasury activities.

EXPERIENCE / CHARACTERISTICS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Proficiency in using financial software (e.g., Net Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CTP) are a plus.
