Architectural Builders has been serving the SWFL area since 1993. We are a family owned and operated general contractor specializing in high end remodeling of residential and commercial spaces.

Architectural Builders is currently hiring for the position of Construction Superintendent

Position Summary Includes the Following- Other Duties May be Assigned

• Schedule and supervise crews on multiple job sites and locations
• Coordinate, organize and visit projects. Inspect work to ensure Florida Code compliance and quality workmanship
• Order, coordinate and monitor delivery of proper materials
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Train field staff, with an emphasis on employee development and safety assurance
• Maintain documentation in Buildertrend of individual projects, identify variances, monitor budgets and implement corrective action
• Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment
• Coordinate inspections as needed
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Construction experience
• Extensive knowledge of Florida Codes
• Prior project management and quality assurance experience
• Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical
• Travel throughout Lee and Collier County
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Team Player, strong work ethic, ability to mentor trades towards improved skills
