Role & missions

Full-time permanent role (CDI) based in Lyon. France.

We are looking for a customer service-oriented IT Technician : working in our IT department, under the responsibility of our IT manager, your goal is to answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You will also contribute to the installation and maintenance of computers/IT systems as well as the development and optimization of our processes. You will be responsible for the following missions:

• Operational support to the IT manager
• Plan, setup and configuration of a workstation and its software and hardware components,
• Answer users' IT and technical questions,
• Manage problems and queries (ticket, e-mails, hotline) and ensure follow-up, or track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
• Recommended procedure modifications or improvements to increase the quality and standards of IT support
• Respect and help drafting IT processes and help preparing technical documentation and trainings
• Assisting on various projects
• Contribution to the continuity of the system's operation
