We are seeking a dedicated Laminating and Slitting Machine Operator responsible for the efficient operation of the lamination or slitting process, ensuring product quality and maximizing production yield.

Shift : Rotating Schedule - Days 7am-7pm & Nights 7pm-7am Key Responsibilities : Safety and Setup : Adhere to safety policies and perform machine checks.

Demonstrate LOTO procedures on equipment. Machine Operation : Set controls, start machines, and load materials. Perform changeovers and troubleshooting on the Laminator.

Regulate machine temperature, pressures, and speeds. Quality Control : Conduct quality control of all materials. Observe operation for surface and quality defects.

Skills, Experience & Education : High school diploma or G.E.D required. Previous quality control experience preferred. Ability to work all shifts and perform overtime as needed.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals. Strong mathematical skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Ability to perform visual inspections and read technical specifications. Work Environment / Physical Requirements : Move and / or lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle machinery, bend, stoop, and reach. Visual acuity required. Equal opportunity employer Job Type : Full-time Pay : $21.
