Archetype Permanent Solutions is Hiring a Low Voltage Technician Near Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Low Voltage Install / Service Security Technician experienced in low voltage security systems and eager to learn how to work with two-way radio systems. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' security infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
•Install, maintain, and repair intrusion, access control, and surveillance systems at customer locations.
•Assist with the programming, installation, maintenance, and repair of two-way radio systems.
•Learn and develop the skills to program two-way radios for optimal performance.
•Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
•Complete all installation and service tasks efficiently and accurately.
•Provide training to customers on how to use and maintain their systems.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless operation of security systems.
•Demonstrates time management, problem-solving, and organization skills.
•Communicates timely and effectively with customers, team members, and management.
•Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Qualifications:
•A high school diploma or equivalent.
•2 years of experience installing and servicing low voltage systems, including intrusion, access control, and surveillance systems.
•Knowledge of relevant equipment and technologies.
•Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Knowledge of networking and IP-based systems.
•Experience with software programming for security systems.
Benefits:
