Archetype Permanent Solutions is Hiring a Lead Fire Alarm Technician Near Nashville, TN

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that every aspect of our fire protection systems, including intricate cabling for fire alarm and security systems, meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
  • Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on complex installations and maintenance tasks, including cabling-related work.
  • Utilize your strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and compliance assurance.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fire protection systems, with a strong emphasis on understanding cabling for fire alarm and security systems
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes, including those related to cabling installations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
