Archetype Permanent Solutions is Hiring a Fiber Splicer Near Huntsville, AL

If so, we are looking for Splicers to join the Fiber team, playing a pivotal role in connecting customers and small businesses with high-quality cable services.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Splicing and terminating fiber optic cables both indoors and outdoors, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Employing diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot cabling, addressing any field issues with expertise.
  • Collaborating with team members to fulfill daily objectives, guaranteeing a positive installation experience for all customers.
  • Safely using hand and power tools, prioritizing safety above all.
  • Professionally driving a company-provided vehicle, adhering to all driving policies, from home to various job sites.
  • Accurately completing job documentation in a timely manner.

Who Should Apply:

  • Individuals with at least one year of experience splicing required.
  • Experience in cabling (coax, fiber, cat5e) and terminations.
  • Candidates with a solid understanding of cabling standards and network infrastructure.
  • Applicants with field service experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
