Archetype Permanent Solutions is Hiring an Electrical Professional Engineer Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
A premier commercial and residential consulting engineering firm based in Florida. Specializing in providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety engineering services, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as REVIT, BIM, AutoCAD, and AutoDESK. We are looking to add a talented Electrical Engineer to the team. You'll be working on a diverse range of projects including high-rise office buildings, hotels, condominiums, industrial warehouses, airports, and more, both within Florida and internationally.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to provide electrical engineering support for a variety of projects, including high-rise office buildings, condominiums, hotels, regional malls, industrial warehouses, and municipal facilities.
Conduct electrical design calculations, prepare drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems to ensure integrated and efficient designs.
Engage in client meetings, design reviews, and construction site visits to ensure project requirements are met and resolve any technical issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal).
Proven consulting experience in an engineering firm, with exposure to a variety of building types, including high-rise office buildings, condominiums, hotels, regional malls, industrial warehouses, and municipal facilities.
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as REVIT, BIM, AutoCAD, and AutoDESK.
Strong understanding of electrical systems design principles, codes, and regulations for the state of Florida
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position
Salary range $100k -$120k
