Position: Babysitter/Nanny

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a compassionate, attentive, and responsible babysitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children under their care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in the employer's residence
• Plan and lead educational and recreational activities
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to the children
• Help children with their homework and educational pursuits
• Ensure the children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• Keep the children’s living and play areas tidy
• Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities and any concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a babysitter or nanny (references may be requested)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable transportation
• A patient, caring, and dynamic personality
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
• Ability to organize creative activities and educational games
• Effective communication skills
