Job Description

• Assist the DNS with management nursing services team

• Responsibilities and in maintaining highest quality of care

• Ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff

• Coordinate and direct the short and long range planning of nursing services

• Assist with compliance in accordance with all company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local standards and regulations

• Maintain best practices in meeting care objectives

• Assist with interviewing, hiring and orienting of new nursing staff

Qualifications

• Must possess an active license to practice as an RN in the state of Oregon

• Prior nurse leadership experience in a skilled nursing/ long term care setting is preferred

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
