Senior Global Market Analyst - ADM Investor Services, Inc. Chicago, Illinois
This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:

• ADM Investor Services, Inc. is seeking to hire an experienced futures research analyst to create market analysis and commentary that adds value to our broker and end-customer relationships. This is a growth opportunity position with management potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Originate concise, insightful, and actionable analysis of various commodity markets.
• Create professionally written daily, weekly, monthly, and special reports on market information for brokers and end customers.
• Give Market Outlook presentations in person and online that are valuable to various audiences.
• Make engaging video recordings and professional presentations of market analysis for public distribution.
• Generate trade recommendations and educate commodity brokers on implementing strategies in the futures markets.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to research and create expert analysis of various futures markets utilizing multiple resources.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing and verbally, on video and during presentations.
• Understanding of both fundamental and technical analysis of the markets.
• Proficient at applying research information to market strategies and creating trade recommendations.
• Understanding of producer and end-user hedge strategies.
• Good understanding of options and option strategies.
• Ability to communicate and work successfully in a team and cross-departmental atmosphere.
• Integrity that will promote the ADM Way and Core Values of the corporation.

Preferred Qualifications (optional):

• Minimum of 4-Year (BS or BA) College Degree
• 8 -10 years of experience in futures market research and creating written and verbal analysis.
• 8-10 years of experience making presentations to both small industry groups and the public on the markets.
• Good understanding of social media platforms as a communication tool.
