Archer Daniels Midland is Hiring a Project Analyst Near Erlanger, KY

As a member of the North America PMO team, Global Technology Project Analyst will supports PMO Leadership under their direction in maintenance of documentation, artifacts, logs, reporting, analysis and issue resolution.Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the correct PMO processes, templates and other supporting material that align to the project classification.
  • Remain aware of the accurate and most up to date data, from the resources who are in the best position to have the latest information, to support the timely population and submission of status reports.
  • Conduct data investigation and/or system analysis, as directed by the Program/Project Manager to support the plan development is inclusive of accurate tasks, skilled resources, and accurate estimates.
  • Maintain Project documentation, ensure accuracy and completeness within established repository.
  • Ensure project artifacts reflect the latest information and are clearly articulated.
  • Help prepare Project status reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track Project/Program metrics and realization of project benefits as guided by the Program/Project Manager.
  • Understand the connection between status reporting and schedule updates; ensure the story between the two are in sync.
Additional Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a PMO Coordination role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and navigate a complex landscape of Program stakeholders in a highly matrixed organizational structure
  • Must have strong follow-up, documentation and attention to detail skills
  • Must have strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project or other PPM
  • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and multi-task in high pace environment
  • Experience in data analysis related tasks, activities, or projects
  • Understanding and experience with basic Project Management concepts – project plan, risk and issue tracking and management, resource tracking, and meeting management
