Job DescriptionMarketing Coordinator - Grain and Non-Traditional ContractsProducer Services & OriginationLocation: Various U.S.locations. Larger offices include Decatur, IL, Des Moines, IA, Lafayette, IN, Lincoln, NE, Memphis, TN, Minneapolis, MN, Overland Park, KS, Toledo, OHThis is a full-time, exempt level position.Position Summary:The Marketing Coordinator position is based in TBD and will report to the remotely based Producer Marketing Manager. This position will have a core focus on producer facing activities across specific ADM businesses. The position will require execution and maintenance of ADM's producer product and service portfolio, constant communication with counterparts on the commercial and origination teams that support ADM's overall producer facing efforts.What You'll Do: Manage and create new strategies with ADM Farmer Services social accountsResponsible for distribution and management of Non-Traditional cash grain contracts communicationsActively seek and propose new grain marketing opportunities, keeping current with evolving customer needs - challenge status quoEncourage and influence farmer facing teams to provide a higher level of service and a deeper understanding of a customer's business through marketing campaigns, direct written and verbal communicationsActively seek to understand competitive product offerings and potential business threatsResponsible for crafting and communicating monthly content campaignsAssist in the management of trade show presence and supportUnderstand and articulate company brand promise behind specific contract guidelines and service offeringsChampion and assist in execution of producer origination training efforts around non-traditional cash grain contracts,Tactics include, but are not limited to: remote in-person small or large group presentations, in-person one on one product training, web-based product training, recorded video trainingsAggressively establish and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core valuesResponsible for providing internal customer service and problem solving on contract explanation and execution processesChampion and support new cash grain products as needed, includes guiding the creation of related marketing materials, writing copy and contract verbiageDevelop, edit and maintain marketing support materials for producer direct grain origination collaborating across lines where possibleProvide dedicated strategic and day to day support for producer origination desk to remain current on market developments that create origination opportunities.Champion and execute ADM's strategic go-to-market plan for the products housed in our portfolio of offerings.Work closely with other members of immediate and extended producer origination team to ensure alignment with overall strategic priorities.Who We're Looking For: BS degree in Business discipline, Agriculture or related field of study preferredKnowledge of farming, grain origination and merchandising industryProven data driven decision makingFunctional understanding of commodities options, futures and their application to cash grain contractsDisplays creative marketing and design qualitiesProficient computer skills including:Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BIProficient skills with Producer Direct Origination related software including:Regarded as an internal authority on origination product knowledge and applicationStrong customer service skills - displays genuine sense of urgencyStrong oral, written, and verbal communication skillsHighly attentive to detail, well-organized, effective time managementStrong collaboration skills across all levels of the organizationEasily earns the trust of peers and displays confidence, patience and empathy10% travel estimatedExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
