Job Summary:
The Assistant Cleaner will play a key support role, working directly under a Lead Cleaner to carry out a variety of cleaning duties. This position is designed for individuals looking to gain comprehensive experience in the cleaning industry with the potential to advance to an independent role within our company. Travel for client work can be up to 30 Miles, with transportation provided from North Liberty, if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Cleaner in executing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain and clean equipment, and assist in the preparation of cleaning supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete jobs efficiently within designated time frames.
- Uphold our high standards of customer service, treating all client properties with care and respect.
- Promptly report any issues or concerns to the Lead Cleaner or management.
Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary but preffered; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and support a team leader.
- Physical ability to handle necessary tasks, including lifting up to 30lbs.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to improving cleaning and service practices.
