St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Senior Director of Programs for our Short-term Transition department. The senior director will participate as a member of St. Patrick Center's executive leadership team to provide direction in fulfilling the Mission of St. Patrick Center and Catholic Charities. The senior director will oversee all programs within the Short-term Transition department with a focus on client experience, outcomes and compliance with funding ministry guidelines and criteria, overseeing the financial budgets for each program as well as work directly with the Senior Director of Program Operations to ensure accurate reporting on spending, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of each program's outcomes and expenses. The salary range is between $100,000 and $110,000. St. Patrick Center's core working hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Provide direction in fulfilling the Mission of St. Patrick Center and Catholic Charities
Participate as a full member of the program management team and St. Patrick Center’s executive leadership team
Oversee all rapid rehousing (RRH) programs, workforce development (WFD) programs, the off-site café, and all veteran programs with a focus on client experience, outcomes and compliance with funding ministry guidelines and criteria
Drive outcomes, collection, and reporting for all RRH, WFD, the café, and all veteran programs on a monthly basis, to satisfy management and funding ministry requirements
Oversee all programs and financial budgets for RRH, WFD, the café, and all veteran programs
Work directly with the Senior Director of Program Operations to ensure accurate reporting on spending, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of program outcomes and expenses
Align all RRH, WFD, the café, and all veteran programs for optimum client experience and outcomes
Work closely with the Senior Director of Programs Long-term Transformation to intake clients to the appropriate WFD support programs
Promote the values of St. Patrick Center and Catholic Charities: Dignity, Hospitality, Service, Excellence, Compassion, and Joy
Travel to local business meetings, board meetings and mandated company sponsored events
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field required
Prior management experience required • Clinical experience in a non-profit or medical services environment required
